Papageorgiou Group has launched its new complete line of Tsoureki, the symbolic brioche like bread, linked with the most important Greek religious festivity of Easter, but enjoyed from Greeks the whole year round.
The new Papageorgiou tsoureki line, allows professional bakers to provide their customers, all varieties of tsoureki. The line consists of three new products: Byzantine, Smyrnaean and Oriental, each one with a distinctive spice mix and taste but all with a wonderful fibrous texture.
The latest addition is Protozymon, an innovative mix that speeds up the production process, to as fast as 100 minutes! In addition, it is the basis for creating many different recipes, ensuring versatility, high volume and extended shelf life.
