Südback is one of the most important trade fairs for the bakery and confectionery sectors, being the platform for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and information, as well as for the presentation of trends, technical developments and innovations in the field of Bakery and Confectionery raw materials.
Papageorgiou’s team was there to meet producers and suppliers from all over the world, learn all about the new products and sector trends, comparing features and prices, exploring possible future collaborations and new perspectives.
